Kamala Harris DODGES question about court-packing

In an exclusive video for Fox News, Senator and Joe Biden’s Vice Presidential pick Kamala Harris didn’t definitively answer when asked whether or not the former Vice President would pack the Supreme Court with additional justices. Biden has time and time again avoided answering the question but recently revealed he’s “not a fan” of it.
